Toilets

The centerline of the water closet should be no less than 16 inches and no greater than 18 inches from the side wall or partition.

Toilets are required to be no less than 17 inches and no more than 19 inches above the floor, measuring to the top of the seat in the lowered position.

The clearance provided around the water closet should measure at least 60 inches from the side wall and at least 56 inches from the rear wall.
